Membership meeting of our Club.

Freeholder Lou Magazine addresses the Club on behalf of Congressman Robert Andrews.

Project Coordinator Richard Torraca speaks on behalf of senator Frank Lautenberg. Our VP Bob Stern, pictured here, is working with Mr. Torraca on the Beach Replenishment issue.

There was a presentation by Nancy and John Petralia on "The Island Blue Pages", a project of the Foundation of Arts and Sciences towards saving the Bay. Also, here was a presentation by Dr Annette K. Schreiber, PhD on Family Planning.

Mitch Seim, newly appointed Ocean County Campaign Manager for John Adler. was also there and spoke to our members.

Memorial service honoring New Jersey's fallen heroes from the Iraq and Afghanistan wars. The ceremony took place at the Ocean Gate Veterans' Memorial Park and was dedicated to US Navy Chief Jim Lowe (deceased recently), a fine democrat from Ocean County.

Senator Adler was among the speakers.

The Democratic Club of Long Beach Island, joined by democrats from the mainland celebrates three years since its establishment. NJ Senator John Adler, candidate for the US Congress, was our guest speaker. Over 60 democrats attended.
