Trenton Rally against the war on working families
Following is report and photos by the organization: GrassRoots4Change
People took to the streets in Trenton, NJ to stand with Wisconsin and demand an end to the attacks on workers.
From unseating a president in Egypt, to shaping the budget debate in Madison, rallies have become a pillar tactic for our current political climate.
The reports from across the country were amazing. 1,000 people in St. Paul in 5-degree weather. 3,100 in a downpour in Trenton. In addition, in deep red America, 300 people on the steps of the Alabama Capitol, and 400 in Jefferson City, Missouri.

Thank you for taking action to stop the war on working families. Let us keep the momentum going! Save the American Dream. Stand up in support of the Wisconsin workers whose collective bargaining rights are under assault!
Together, we need to keep fighting to bring change to our country. Thank you for being part of GrassRoots4Change and for working to make our community a better place to live. We are proud of the work you are doing.
David Hopkins, Chair, GrassRoots4Change
